The 15th General Meeting of shareholders - Dong Nai Honeybees was held on March 29, 2014 in Hall of Company. The congress aims at summarizing the production and business in the third five-year (2009-2013) and prepare for the new term from 2014 to 2018, with the participation of 39 shareholders that have own capital and represent over 0.5% of the charter capital.

 


At 8:00 AM, the congress opened.

Mr Le Van Nghe opened the congress.

Next, Mr Phan Dinh Trong – Chairman of Board of Directors reported the production situation and business results in 2013.

We have build the system of club groups including 21 groups with the participation of 475 members, expanding from  Gia Lai, Dac Lac, Binh Phuoc  to Southwest provinces with total of 150.000 colonies.

The associated activity of  " clean beekeepers club" has confirmed the correctness of the product quality management, which limited risk in production and business - Especially, with the formation of new shareholders in the club, it breathed new life into the company.

Next to programme, Mrs Cao Thi Cuc - Head of Supervisory Board – reported verification result  of  2013 financial summary.

All shareholders agreed with profit distribution plan in 2013 that the Board of Directors made.

Mr. Phan Dinh Trong adopted a regulation of election and candidacy for the Board of Directors and Supervisory.  At the same time, he also adopted the list of candidates nominated for the Board of Directors and Supervisory of the fourth term (2014-2018).

This congress elected 05 members of the Board of Directors and 03 members of the Supervisory for the fourth term (2014-2018).

Then, Mr. Phan Dinh Trong presented the plans for production and business in 2014, the advantages and disadvantages in 2014.

All shareholders agreed with the production and business plan that the Board of Directors made.

Mr Vo Quang Ngoc - Head of the vote committee announced  the results of votes, with 05 members elected to the Board of Directors of the new term, including:
1. Mrs Huynh Thi Xuan Hoa
2. Mr Le Van Nghe
3. Mr Phan Trong Nhan
4. Mr Phan Dinh Trong
5. Mr Mai Thanh Tung

Board of Directors of term IV (2014 – 2018) presented themself in front of the congress

03 members elected to Supervisory Board of new term including:

1. Mrs Cao Thi Cuc
2. Mrs Tran Thi Kim Cuc
3. Mrs Tran Thi Hai Yen

Finally, Mr. Mai Thanh Tung - Secretary of Congress - passed a resolution of the General Meeting of shareholders of 15th, 2014

100% of Shareholders agreed with the criteria that the Board set. Congress Resolution was adopted on the same day at 12h00.
