The main content of the inspection is to check the application of HACCP system in the production process , Traceability and Food Safety and Hygiene at the company.
The Company has applied the HACCP system in the production process from 2010 and the FDA to appreciate the company on this issue.
According to the schedule of the FDA , in 26th OCt: checking HACCP workshops, food safety and hygiene . On 27th Oct, checking bee farm at Long Khanh and laboratory testing.
