Every year, before the new honey crop company organizes meeting team leaders of "Clean Beekeepers Club " to exchange experiences in the past and information of honey market.
On 1/09/2010, 21 team leaders of "Clean Beekeepers Club " gather at the company to attend this important meeting.
Mr. Mai Thanh Tung - Vice Director of the Company declared the meeting and results of honey crop 2009/2010:
- Weather conditions should be favorable this year and more than 95% of beekeepers have interest. 5% of bee losses because of in feeding bee in Bao Loc, Lam Dong, Dac Lac, they eager to haverst honey, cold weather make bee larvae disease infected.
- In early of this year, we have many difficulties due to U.S. Customs and FDA rigorous testing of all consignments of honey Vietnam, but later the situation is quite good.
- Give recording guidelines form - the basis of records of bee safety as VietGap.
Ms. Luong Thi Nguyet - Team 1 leader shared experience of members of the management team to ensure quality of honey. In addition to supervision, and pay attention, motivate and share with the family members funeral. Create good relationships between members of the group and the "clean beekeepers club."
Mr. Le Van Nam - Team 9 leader shared moving experience in harvesting honey. Bees should create a strong beehive from 8-10 frames, full eggs - larva - pupae before harvesting honey.
